​My name is Michelle de Hosson -
​a teacher and artist from Amsterdam. This website is created to showcase my artwork and to get in touch with you! Hopefully I can create something special for you too! 

​All my life, drawing has been my way of stepping out of reality into my own world. Starting only with pencil portraits, I experiment with several materials and colours since a few years. ​It doesn't matter what I draw, I get in a state of hyperfocus and that feels great! 

I am interested in lots of things life has to offer as creating art, poetry and music. I love to work with people and help them believe in theirselves. That is why I love drawing people I personally know the most. Capturing a person in a drawing is something really special to me. Hopefully my work reflects this feeling to you guys.
